My career started in 2009, as a newborn photographer with Charley's Angels Photography at Duke University Hospital, North Carolina. I was the first maternity ward/NICU photographer at Duke and soon moved into management as we built our team. I then became Area Supervisor for photographers at Duke University, Cary Hospital, and WakeMed Hospital, in which I also was the test photographer to recruit new hospitals.  With my short time with company, I continued to build my own photography business within other areas of the field, starting strong with weddings. This led me to resign with Charley's Angels and pursue my own career as my clientele grew stronger.

I learned early what areas of photography made me happy and triggered my passion and weddings was not one of them. As soon as I found my niche, I eliminated weddings from my services, along with a few other services. My passion runs deep with intimate portraiture and maternity is a close second. I developed the iFlaunt brand shortly after doing an intimate session with a bride for an anniversary gift for her husband. It took no time for the iFlaunt brand to be born!

My business is solely for women! I absolutely find great joy being able to contribute to a woman's overall confidence! I firmly believe this is my gift and ministry that God designed just for me. I didn't see it anywhere else; I didn't want to be like anyone else; I truly wanted my own thing that would set my business apart from others. The iFlaunt Experience is more than taking photos, it is truly an experience!
